How to Train Your Attorney – Tip 4: CourtCall

Requiring your attorney to make telephonic appearances whenever possible can and will save clients substantial money.  Court appearances are one of the favorite ways for attorneys to meet their billable hour quotas and invariably result in a great deal of wasted time (aka bill padding).  For an extreme example of the benefits of one CourtCall, see my previous post “How a 10-Minute Hearing Can Cost You $3,265.17“.
